How to withdraw your Paypal money using your BPI bank account.

First and foremost, the most widely used in this kind of transaction the the UNION Bank's EON card. However some of us would not have access to Union Bank or might prefer to use other banks, which is perfectly fine. However this blog will teach you what you need to know to successfully use your BPI atm card to withdraw funds from your Paypal.

Take note, you have to make sure that your Paypal account is already verified. You cannot make this kind of transaction if your Paypal in unverified.

1] Add your BPI bank account by simply logging in to Paypal. Once logged in, click "Add/Edit Bank Account".
2] Fill in the needed information. Bank of the Philippine Islands is the bank name. Put in your 10 digit bank account number which can be found at the back of your Express Teller Card. Make sure that all information are correct and that the name on your Paypal matched that of your bank account.
3] The bank code, by the way, for BPI is 010040018. This different from the swift code. It is a little known information upon BPI employees. When I called 89-100 and verified this number, it took them a good 10 minutes to find out what it is. They customer service agent told me that it is given by Paypal themselves to reroute money to the Philippines.
4] Then hit "Continue" and then you're done!

By the way, transferring funds in less than 7000php will incur a charge of 50php, however, if it's 7000php and up, it's free of charge.
